Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists is pleased to announce Chris Walters, PT, DPT, MS, ATC has joined the practice as a physical therapist. Walters brings diverse outpatient clinical experience with interest in working with patients of all ages with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as neck/back pain, sports injuries, and rehab following surgical procedures. Chris joins Northern Rehab as a physical therapist in their DeKalb facility.
Chris began his career as an athletic trainer and has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2015, earning both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in athletic training from Illinois State University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Northern Illinois University. Chris enjoys treating individuals with muscle and joint conditions by incorporating individualized manual therapy techniques, tailored therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
