When an eligible adult was abruptly evicted and faced immediate homelessness, Kelly provided crisis intervention, secured emergency shelter, coordinated medical and emotional supports, and persisted until the client transitioned into stable housing and regained security and independence.
Kelly protects client dignity, safety, and self-determination while navigating complex family dynamics and limited resources. Her calm professionalism, creative problem-solving, and unwavering advocacy ensure that clients have a voice and their rights are upheld. A trusted colleague, she shares her knowledge, supports newer staff, and inspires others throughout the APS network.
