Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra Hosts Portillo’s Fundraiser to Benefit Music Education Outreach Program

The Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra (KSO) invited the community to Portillo’s in Sycamore for a no-cook dinner fundraiser on Monday, October 3 from 5:00-8:00 pm. Stop in and enjoy delicious hot dogs, burgers, salads, and shakes while supporting the KSO Music Education Outreach Program!

The Music Education Outreach Fund as established to help support orchestra and band programs in DeKalb County by providing musical instruments for deserving middle school students with family financial constraints. This program allows middle school music educators to apply for an annual grant to aid in the purchase of quality orchestra and band instruments and build their love of music. 

A percentage of sales during this time will go to support this program. Please show our Portillo’s flyer or mention the KSO fundraiser when ordering for proceeds to be applied; flyers can be found on KSO’s website and social media pages (just show it on your phone when ordering)!
